By focusing on targeted training, resource allocation, and strategic market adjustments, the project provided actionable insights to optimize sales performance and drive growth in key areas.
I analyzed workforce data to address key challenges related to employee turnover and engagement. The analysis revealed a significant spike in turnover in 2023, prompting recommendations to investigate root causes through employee feedback and exit interviews. I also identified gender distribution disparities in some departments, highlighting the need for stronger diversity and inclusion initiatives. Resource allocation issues were evident, particularly in the Nairobi office and smaller regional offices, emphasizing the importance of equitable support.
